Timeliness and Communication: Please make every effort to arrive promptly for your scheduled pick-up time. If any unexpected issues arise, we understand, but appreciate advance notice whenever possible. Your cooperation in this regard ensures smooth operations for everyone involved.

No-show Policy: Should you miss a pick-up without prior communication, we will need to note a strike. While we're understanding of unforeseen circumstances, consistent communication is key to maintaining our partnership's reliability.

Accumulating three strikes may prompt a discussion about your continued participation in the Partner Pickup Program. We value your commitment to dependable collaboration.

Collaboration with Dream Center NYC Media Team: Your support in sharing impactful stories with the Dream Center NYC media team is invaluable. Together, we can highlight the positive impact of our partnership for the community.

(NOT FOR JUNE 6TH PICK UPS) Loading Assistance: To ensure efficiency and safety, we ask that at least two individuals per church assist in loading items into vehicles. Your cooperation greatly expedites the process and ensures everyone's safety.

Food Distribution: Please remember that food distribution operates on a first-come, first-served basis. While signing up does not guarantee immediate clearance, it does secure your place on the waiting list.

Priority is given to early sign-ups. Confirmation emails will be sent a few days before the pick-up date for those cleared to participate.
